The personal information that Napa Valley Aromatherapy collects is used in our efforts to serve you. None of the information that we collect is sold or given to any outside persons or organizations. All your information is kept in locked file cabinets and is destroyed after it is no longer necessary. You can verify the information we have on you at anytime by calling our office.

Our web site contains links to other sites. Napa Valley Aromatherapy is not responsible for the privacy practices of these web sites.

ORDER METHODS
If you are a winery, gift shop or retailer looking to carry our products, we are excited to hear from you.  Please contact us directly at (707) 967-9623 for a wholesale price sheet.  A proof of resale license is required.

If you are a consumer who would like to purchase products directly from Napa Valley Aromatherapy, we have created a retail price sheet for purchase and shipping.  Although we encourage you to go directly to our list of retailers, we understand that it may be difficult to do so if you do not reside in the retail locations listed on our website. 

To make your ordering process even easier, you can download our current list of products. Products and prices tend to change at times, so it is best to regularly download the product list.

If you would like to fax or e-mail your order to us, you can now download our ordering form. You can fill out this form and e-mail it as an attachment or you can fax it to us. You do not have to use this form to order by fax or e-mail. We provided this form for your convenience. You can just send us a regular fax or e-mail if you desire.

New customers should include:
• Personal Name
• Mailing and/or Delivery Address (If Different)
• E mail address
• Phone Number
• Products, Quantities, and Sizes

Orders can be placed by fax (preferred), by phone, or by e-mail. Orders placed after 1 P.M. will normally be shipped the following day. Some orders may take longer to ship depending on order size and inventory availability. We try to keep all our products in stock, but we cannot guarantee availability.

PAYMENT METHODS
All products purchased through Napa Valley Aromatherapy can be purchased with all major credit cards including American Express.

SHIPPING
Most products are shipped U.P.S. or Federal Express ground unless you request us to use another form of shipping. Next day delivery is available at your request.
